Zx-TIL18-REFERENCE-PanAnd-1.0 assembly and annotation

This directory contains files for the TIL18 accession of Zea mays - mexicana
reference assembly.

This dataset contains both version 1 (Zx00002aa.1) and version 2 (Zx00002ab.1) 
annotations, with a cross-reference between the two.

The Helixer annotations were used in the gene model annotation process and 
should not be considered offical gene models.
