Ir-Pasquet1136-DRAFT-PanAnd-1.0 assembly and annotation

This directory contains files for the Pasquet1136 accession of Ischaemum 
rugosum (Saramollagrass) draft assembly.

Note that the earlier annotation was not released. This dataset contains only 
the version 2 (Ir00001ab.1) annotation.

The Helixer annotations were used in the gene model annotation process and 
should not be considered offical gene models.
