Rt-Layton_Zhong169-DRAFT-PanAnd-1.0 assembly and annotation

This directory contains files for the Layton-Zhong 169 accession of Rhytachne 
rottboelloides draft assembly.

Note that the earlier annotation was not released. This dataset contains only 
the version 2 (Rt00001ab.1) annotation.

The Helixer annotations were used in the gene model annotation process and 
should not be considered offical gene models.
