The Td-FL_9056069_6-REFERENCE-PanAnd-2.0 assembly is a haploid assembly of the 
FL_9056069_6 accesion of a southern population of Tripsacum dactyloides. HiC  
was used to organize the sequence fragments into primary (a) and alternative 
(b) assemblies. The assembly containing most contiguous sequence and fewest 
gaps was given the primary distinction.

Note that earlier annotations were not released. This dataset contains only 
the version 3 (Td00002bc.1) annotation.

The Helixer annotations were used in the gene model annotation process and should
not be considered offical gene models.
