Td-KS_B6_1-REFERENCE-PanAnd-2.0 assembly and annotation

The Td-KS_B6_1-REFERENCE-PanAnd-2.0 assembly is a haploid assembly of the 
KS_B6_1 accesion of a northern landrace of Tripsacum dactyloides. HiC was used 
to organize the sequence fragments into primary (a) and alternative (b) 
assemblies. The assembly containing most contiguous sequence and fewest gaps 
was given the primary distinction.

Note that earlier annotations were not released. Thsi dataset contains only 
the version 3 (Td00002bc.1) annotation.

The Helixer annotations were used in the gene model annotation process and should
not be considered offical gene models.
