This directory contains files for the DC-05-58-3A accession of Tripsacum 
zopolitense draft assembly.

Note that the earlier annotation was not released. This dataset contains only 
the version 2 (Tz00001ab.1) annotation.

The Helixer annotations were used in the gene model annotation process and 
should not be considered offical gene models.
